MineHarbor legal

Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using MineHarbor cloud mining, GPU rental, wallet, referral, and mining pool services.

Effective March 1, 2026

Please read this page before using MineHarbor. If anything is unclear, contact support through your account before making a purchase.

01.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MineHarbor.

02.Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account.

  • Keep access to your Google account and two-factor authentication secure.
  • Do not share, sell, or transfer account access.
  • Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

03.MineHarbor services

MineHarbor may provide hosted miner rentals, GPU computing rentals, wallet balances, referral rewards, coupons, and mining-pool connection information. Available products, inventory, locations, networks, and features may change over time.

A rental provides access to the service described at checkout for the selected term. It does not transfer ownership of physical mining hardware, GPUs, or data-center equipment.

04.Orders, prices, and payments

The final order screen shows the selected product, quantity, rental term, currency, discount, and total price. You must review these details before confirming payment.

  • Crypto conversion values may change before payment is completed.
  • A coupon is applied only when the purchase succeeds; cancelling checkout does not consume it.
  • Coupons are single-use, account-specific when stated, and subject to their displayed expiration.
  • Blockchain network fees or third-party payment fees may apply separately.

05.Mining estimates and rewards

Income, electricity, profit, payback, and reward figures shown by MineHarbor are estimates based on the displayed assumptions. Mining difficulty, network conditions, uptime, asset prices, fees, and operating costs can change.

Estimated results are not guaranteed returns. Past or projected performance does not promise future earnings. Rewards for supported XMR and ZEC products may be credited in BTC as shown in the product interface.

06.GPU rentals and customer workloads

You may use rented GPU capacity only for lawful workloads that comply with the selected configuration and provider limits. You are responsible for your software, data, SSH keys, access credentials, and output.

You must not run malware, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service tools, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, abusive automation, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

07.Wallets and withdrawals

You are responsible for checking the asset, network, destination address, and amount before confirming a withdrawal. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once broadcast.

MineHarbor may apply minimums, security reviews, processing periods, network fees, or temporary holds when needed to protect accounts, comply with applicable requirements, or investigate suspicious activity.

08.Mining pool

Pool endpoints, payout methods, minimum payouts, PPLNS parameters, and fees are effective only when marked active in the documentation or platform. A displayed planned endpoint is not an assurance that the pool is accepting production shares.

09.Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, equipment faults, network incidents, blockchain events, security controls, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

10.Suspension and termination

MineHarbor may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, attempts fraud, abuses infrastructure, or interferes with other users. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding orders and obligations.

11.Risk and limitation of liability

Digital assets, mining, and rented computing capacity involve operational, market, regulatory, and technical risks. Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, MineHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, market movements, user configuration errors, or irreversible transfers to an incorrect address.

12.Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced in the platform.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the MineHarbor support area in your account.
