Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information MineHarbor handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to platform users.

Effective March 1, 2026

Please read this page before using MineHarbor. If anything is unclear, contact support through your account before making a purchase.

01.Information we collect

We collect information you provide or generate while using MineHarbor, including:

  • Google account profile details used for sign-in, such as name, email address, and profile image.
  • Account preferences, country, phone information when provided, and security settings.
  • Orders, rental configurations, deposits, withdrawals, wallet balances, and transaction history.
  • Referral relationships, coupon eligibility, issuance, expiration, and redemption status.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, session activity, and security events.
  • Messages and information you send to support.

02.Google sign-in

Authentication is completed through Google OAuth. MineHarbor does not receive or store your Google password. Google may process information under its own privacy terms when you use Google sign-in.

03.How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and secure your account.
  • Provide mining, GPU rental, wallet, referral, coupon, and transaction features.
  • Calculate quotes, balances, rewards, discounts, and order status.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
  • Respond to support requests and service incidents.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve platform reliability.
  • Meet applicable legal and compliance requirements.

04.Cookies and sessions

MineHarbor uses essential cookies or similar session technologies to keep you signed in, protect account access, remember necessary preferences, and operate security controls. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working.

05.Wallet and blockchain information

Public blockchain transactions can expose wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps, and transaction identifiers. Information written to a public blockchain is outside MineHarbor’s control and may not be removable.

06.When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, security, analytics, data-center, payment, or blockchain service providers that help operate MineHarbor.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce platform terms, or respond to a valid legal request.

07.Data retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and operational purpose.

08.Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and transaction information. No online service or storage method is completely secure, so users should also protect their Google account, two-factor authentication, SSH keys, wallet addresses, and devices.

09.Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained.

You can update available profile and security settings in your account. Other requests can be submitted through MineHarbor support.

10.International processing

MineHarbor and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable law.

11.Children’s privacy

MineHarbor is not intended for children who are not legally able to use financial or computing rental services in their location. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children where parental authorization would be required.

12.Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy when our services or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material updates may also be announced in the platform.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the MineHarbor support area in your account.
